Does someone's past really matter?
I always thought it doesn't matter and although having said so, the curious heart sometimes still wishes to know...
AND what if...what if...
you discovered something bad that you do not wish to know; that it somehow affects the relationship and your decisions and your actions...
Perhaps ignorance is really bliss...

Accepting a person's past is fine if it is his one-off incident. I wouldn't be surprised if it is a recurring habit or character flaw... Just be cautious ok bottle baby... Things will become clearer if you stop looking at things through rose-tinted spectacles..... Hopefully, your "honeymoon" stage wouldn't be over too soon... ;-)
